Andrew Boos
Founder & Managing Partner
A battle hardened go-to-market expert, Andrew has delivered results across many B2B sales roles over the last 10 years. As founding partner of Darwinian Ventures, Andrew has contributed to the commercial launch of 28 businesses and counting. Originally from Toronto, Canada, Andrew currently lives in San Francisco, California. He is an enthusiastic (but mediocre) golfer, surfer, and squash player and enjoys travel and learning languages.
Laura Garrison
Managing Partner
After two decades in sales and education, Laura has developed a strong skillset in problem solving, training and building sales playbooks that work. Her focus on the details and drive to iterate help create flawless client experiences. In her personal time, Laura enjoys cooking, hiking and traveling with her husband, Brian.
Peter Diedrich
CFO
Peter has 30+ years experience in technology product development, global management consulting, principal VC investing, and executive C-suite roles. He possesses deep financial acumen, operations leadership, and continuously strives to deliver profitable growth, efficient/LEAN operations, product/service delivery, customer/client satisfaction and stakeholder value. He loves Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and travel.
Heidi Collier
Managing Director
Heidi is a sales professional with a background in clinical psychology and education. She is passionate about helping startups understand the sales process and exceed their revenue goals.
Jacob Pinkert
Managing Director
Jacob is passionate about finding creative solutions for early stage tech, and has experience building go-to-market strategy for AI, blockchain, and fintech startups. In his off time, Jacob enjoys international travel, skiing, and exploring new places and ideas.
Mark DeJong
Managing Director
Having lived and and breathed start-ups for the past ten years, Mark got his first taste of tech during the data science boom, and has since worked with companies across a variety of industries. Outside of work, you can find him cheering on any team from the Boston area, or exploring new cuisine.
Nick Giampa

Nick has spent that last 11+ years honing his skills in marketing, advertisement, operations, and business management with a diverse set of hypergrowth pre-IPO tech startups. He specializes in implementing the sales and marketing tools that empower businesses to streamline their entire customer journey.
Nicholas Mittereder
RevOps Manager
Nick has been helping GTM teams solve puzzles and refine processes since 2011. Coming up through sales and project management, Nick enjoys getting to the heart of what makes businesses tick and using those insights to tell stories that help grow revenue.

Daniel Scaggs

Daniel's love for solving problems and winning big are just some of the reasons he was drawn to work in building early stage companies. In his spare time, he enjoys training and teaching martial arts.

Rachel studied Business Administration at Portland State University where she discovered her passion for collaborative work and helping others. In her previous role she utilized her passion for people and keen organizational skills in order to consistently exceed quarterly goals.

With a background in oil and gas acquisitions, Nick found his true passion in sales. As someone who loves big challenges and fast past environments, building and executing GTM motions for early stage companies was a natural fit.
